My careers in Kinesiology, Physical Therapy, First-responding, and Psychology allow me to develop stress management and meditation programs for most high-stress careers and can be taken at your workplace. I facilitate group sessions that promote mental clarity and resilience, calm the immune system by deactivating the sympathetic nervous system, and empower your team with tools for optimal performance at work and at home.

Over the years I have worked with various management teams to provide onsite services for police and fire departments, veterans and CAF members, and front line workers like counsellors, banks, and government staff. I have also provided fly in/out services for organizations in Fort McMurray, mining operations, and emergency services.
